SEEKING MAINTENANCE (FULL TIME) - SAN DIEGO

The Maintenance Technician is tasked with fulfilling service requests, assisting with building repairs and cleaning projects, cleaning property and bathrooms, trash enclosures, stucco, power wash, drywall experience, electrical experience and quickly responding to property emergencies. Hands on maintenance. The Maintenance Technician must always maintain a courteous and professional demeanor. Offer Retirement account, sick time, and vacation. SEEKING JACK OF ALL TRADES!!!

Must own work truck with current insurance and be able to travel between San Diego County and Riverside County. Provide current Drivers License at Interview.

Compensation: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
