Seeking an experienced Security Guard for homeowner association.
Requires person to drive in a cart or walk the association on an hourly basis consisting of 37 buildings.
- Open and close / monitor laundry, storage and boiler rooms.
- Issue tow tickets for cars parked in unauthorized locations.
